Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on destination and courier conditions.
Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or any unforeseeable delays caused by the courier, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs clearance, high shipment volume, or transportation disruptions.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD 99 (before taxes and discounts).

Orders below CAD 99 are subject to a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Remote or special delivery areas may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping availability and costs for these locations are determined based on the delivery postal code at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside of Canada or the United States, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or service fees imposed by the destination country.

We do not have control over these charges and are unable to advise on their amount. Any duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Delays & Responsibility
While we work with reliable logistics partners, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
Lost Packages & Delivery Disputes
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier, local postal service, or property management to investigate the delivery. This may include confirming whether the package was delivered to the correct address, left in a secure location, or received by a third party.
To proceed with any claim, we may require written confirmation or official documentation from the courier or postal service verifying that the package was misdelivered or officially declared lost.
Without such confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for delivered or missing packages.
Any resolution, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after verification.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
