Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from our official store are covered by a two-year warranty from the date you receive your order, valid with a corresponding e-receipt or order confirmation.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry, under normal wear conditions.
Examples of covered issues may include:

Loss of stones or pearls resulting from workmanship-related issues under normal wear
All claims are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues that result from normal use, environmental exposure, or personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or surface marks

Oxidation, tarnishing, discoloration, or plating wear over time

Color changes caused by air exposure, moisture, skin chemistry, cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning agents, or chemicals

Damage caused by improper care, water exposure, impact, pressure, or excessive force

Accidental damage or loss (partial or complete)

Size, fit, or personal preference concerns

Any bags, packaging, or accessories included with the product
These conditions are considered part of the natural aging and use of jewelry and are not classified as manufacturing defects.
Natural Materials & Handcrafted Characteristics
Our jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted and may incorporate natural or lab-created materials. As a result, each piece is unique.
Natural materials, including freshwater pearls, may naturally display:

Minor surface textures, organic lines, or small indentations

Slight variations in size, shape, color tone, or luster
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, subtle differences in finish, stone placement, or detailing may also occur from piece to piece.
These characteristics are natural and expected, and do not affect the wearability, durability, or overall appearance of the jewelry. They are not considered defects.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

All claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Inspection & Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, the impacted item may be required to be returned for quality assurance review before a final resolution is determined.
Once verified:

If the original item is available, a replacement of the same item will be provided.

If the original item is unavailable due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you may select an alternative item of equal value as a replacement.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
